The Boost Community, in partnership with The Geneva Learning Foundation (TGLF) and Adaptive Change Advisors (ACA), invites applications for the first cohort of the Scholar Level 1 Certification Course on Adaptive Leadership.
More on Scholar: TGLF’s Scholar courses foster the development of capabilities critical to leadership, such as reflective, collaborative and analytical skills. Learners participate from anywhere and work together to solve real-world problems. Moreover, learners provide highly structured peer reviews to one another, based on an expert defined set of criteria (rubric) applied to project- and problem-based learning directly related to the context of their work.
More on the Adaptive Leadership Course: During this eight-week intensive course, you will learn how to effect consequential change in your immunization program or career. Perhaps even more timely, you will learn how to challenge the status quo in the midst of an outbreak.
